Quo Vadis, based on Henryk Sienkiewicz’s Nobel-winning novel, tells the story of Marcus Vinicius, a Roman soldier, and Lygia, a Christian princess, during Emperor Nero’s reign in 63 AD. Vinicius falls in love with Lygia but must first transform into a man of goodness. Amid political intrigue, persecution, and a great fire, Vinicius rescues Lygia during a deadly arena event, and their love triumphs as Nero’s empire crumbles, proving the enduring power of love and faith.
