The Peaks of the Balkans is a hiking route that connects Kosovo, Montenegro, and Albania through the "Accursed Mountains," which form the most alpine part of the Balkans. Ludo May and Jérôme Clementz, two professional mountain bikers, embark on an adventure into the heart of the Balkans—a place that was still virtually unknown thirty years ago and one of the last unexplored regions of Europe. Their goal is to complete this loop by bike, explore little-known trails, discover new lands yet to be ridden, and meet the remote local populations. A journey full of surprises and good vibes.
