But Scamboli, Geppetto’s archrival, is jealous of Pinocchio and Pinocchio’s friendship with his daughter Marlene. Scamboli manipulates Pinocchio into helping him with a devious scheme to turn all children into robots, but Pinocchio realises that something is wrong.
